Shipping Terms

The goods ordered by CZ customers are sent to the customer via the shipping service TOPTRANS.

Delivery of goods – for orders placed by 09:30:

to the Czech Republic – delivery of standard-sized shipments typically within 24 hours (= by 18:00 the following business day)
to the Czech Republic – delivery of oversized shipments typically within 48 hours (= by 18:00 two business days later)
to Slovakia – guaranteed delivery within 48 hours (= by 18:00 two business days later)
